Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to help maintain a high-performance gym environment and partner with the General Manager to oversee facility operations and the member experience in line with Crunch brand standards.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing a high-performing team, monitoring KPI performance, and ensuring service excellence. You will lead scheduling, member services, and facility upkeep while driving sales and program adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Aufgaben

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members to maintain staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Assist and support the General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Handle member service resolution with pace and empathy.
• Resolve or escalate employee issues or concerns.
• Lead generation and outreach to impact new member sales.
• Support new member acquisition and integration into services and programs.
• Set team goals and development plans; run regular staff meetings.
• Supervise club asset management, inventory reconciliation, and supply ordering.
• Oversee front desk and Kid’s Crunch activities.
• Maintain a clean facility and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Oversee daily cleaning checklist and work orders for facility/equipment.
• Utilize Crunch tools to communicate, document, and support club operations.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards.
