Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly with KPI management.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of staff to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Support the General Manager in scheduling and labor management, member service resolution, and issue escalation.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales; oversee new member integration and program offerings.
