Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to back the General Manager in delivering an exceptional member experience at our Algonquin gym. You will lead a high-performance MSR team, drive staffing, training, and development, and ensure daily operations align with Crunch brand standards.

You will monitor KPI performance, coach staff, and support in scheduling, labor management, and member service resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high performing team to maintain staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Assist and support the General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy.
• Escalate employee issues or concerns when needed.
• Lead generation and outreach to grow new member sales.
• Coordinate new member acquisition and integration into services and programs.
• Set team goals and development plans; run regular staff meetings.
• Oversee club assets: inventory reconciliation, ordering, and small equipment expenditures.
• Supervise front desk and Kid’s Crunch activities.
• Maintain a clean facility and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Oversee daily cleaning checklist and work orders.
• Use Crunch tools to document and support club operations and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards.
