The role emphasizes member interactions, tours for prospective members, and collaboration with the Club Manager to maintain a welcoming environment and clean, well-presented facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls, assist member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
• Great/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Help facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
