Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training staff and supervising front desk duties.
• Provide friendly, professional member service and handle inquiries.
• Assist with sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and account updates.
• Give gym tours and introduce potential members to facilities.
• Support club manager and help maintain cleanliness and appearance.
