UFC GYM Huntington Beach is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead member engagement, oversee front desk duties, and support club revenue initiatives. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and help manage dues, retail, and juice bar performance while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills. A team-oriented, energetic individual will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve member concerns professionally within company parameters.
• Monitor facilities and address issues affecting member experience.
• Assist janitorial services and maintain cleanliness.
• Drive revenue goals in Dues, Retail, and Juice Bar.
• Handle EFT dues and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Plan promotions and merchandising with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure POS procedures and front desk tasks are followed.
• Maintain inventory receiving and reporting.
