• Hit monthly Operations Revenue goals through efficient management and POS oversight.
• Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting.
• File accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.
• Hire, train, and develop an operations team.
• Maintain dress code and club cleanliness.
• Foster teamwork across club functions.
• Advocate for member retention through strong in-club experiences.
• Oversee facility maintenance for a premium club feel.
