Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead membership sales and guest experience. You will work with the General Manager to supervise Membership Specialists, drive enrollment, and meet key financial targets while maintaining an energetic, member-forward environment.

The role emphasizes weekend planning, staff development, and high-impact service, with a focus on training, coaching, and ensuring a safe, welcoming gym culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
• Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times.

Responsibilities
