UFC GYM Miami is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to engage members, supervise front desk and member check‑in, and support daily club operations. You will help ensure a welcoming environment while driving dues growth and revenue through promotions and merchandising.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED, state certification, and training for Kid's Club. Strong customer service, multi‑tasking, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• State certification based on state requirements.
• Must complete Kid's Club Attendant training before working alone.

Responsibilities

• Resolve member concerns professionally within franchise parameters.
• Monitor club facilities and address issues affecting member experience.
• Oversee front desk, Kids Club, and policy adherence across shifts.
• Drive revenue goals through dues, retail, and promotions.
• Maintain inventory, banking, and daily paperwork including reports.
