Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. This full-time, supervisory role supports the Club Manager and trains staff to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and throughout the facility.

You will lead by example in customer care, handle member check-ins and inquiries, and assist with marketing, supplies, and inventory while maintaining cleanliness and club appearance in Hammond, LA.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls, take information, assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Support team and back up Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and train staff on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, inventory, and reporting.
