Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and enhance member experience. You will support staff training, front desk tasks, and general club operations to ensure top-notch service. This role reports to the Club Manager and is full-time.

The position emphasizes customer service, staff development, and maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented and capable of managing multiple frontline responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties including answering calls, taking info, and assisting with questions.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
