Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hammond, LA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a positive member experience while ensuring a financially successful club.

You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, manage front-desk activities, and support both team members and members to uphold brand standards. This role requires leadership and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service at all times.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, gym tours, addressing service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Ensure staff are trained on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
