Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic team member to support gym operations and enhance member experience. You will assist in front desk tasks, member check-ins, sign-ups and cancellations, and help with gym tours for potential members.

As a key member of the team, you will help train staff, uphold cleanliness standards, and support the Club Manager while contributing to marketing efforts and a positive club image.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee front desk operations and member inquiries.
• Facilitate member check-ins, sign-ups and cancellations.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
• Support club manager and help maintain cleanliness and appearance.
