Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a gym operations overseer to ensure a positive member experience and financial success at the club. You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, provide gym tours, and ensure openings/closings and clean, welcoming facilities.

You will also handle payroll, support marketing efforts, approve expenditures, and serve as backup for coverage during illnesses or absences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
