Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support gym operations and work directly with the General Manager to oversee the facility. You will help recruit, train, and develop a high-performing MSR team and focus on delivering an exceptional member experience in line with Crunch brand standards.

The role emphasizes staffing, KPI leadership, customer service, and maintaining a clean, well-run facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service management experience.
• Experience achieving objectives and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Understanding labor control, staffing levels and overtime.
• Clear communication skills with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Monitor staff performance against KPI standards.
• Lead by example to hit personal and team targets.
• Manage staff performance, development, and coaching.
• Support General Manager with scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to grow new member sales.
• Oversee front desk and Kid's Crunch activities.
• Maintain clean facility and equipment upkeep.
