Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support operations, lead the MSR team, and ensure an exceptional member experience aligned with Crunch standards.

You will help recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor KPIs, manage scheduling and labor, and drive initiatives for member acquisition and retention, all while maintaining a clean facility and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI's.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Manage performance standards with ongoing development and coaching.
• Support the General Manager in scheduling, labor management, and service resolution.
• Oversee front desk and Kid's Crunch activities, inventory, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure consistent compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
