Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment and work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and member experience.

In this role you will coach the MSR team, monitor KPI performance, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive front-desk and program activities to deliver Crunch brand standards and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining staffing levels.
• Monitor staff performance against KPI targets and drive improvement.
• Lead by example to meet personal and team performance targets.
• Support General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and staff development.
• Oversee member services, front desk, and Kid's Crunch activities.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
