Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Fit Fusion to support a high-performance gym environment and work with the general manager to oversee daily operations. The role focuses on delivering an excellent member experience in line with Crunch brand standards.

The candidate will help recruit, train, and supervise the MSR team, monitor KPI performance, and lead by example to achieve personal and team targets while ensuring proper staffing and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience achieving objectives and managing KPIs quickly and effectively.
• Experience leading or supervising employees is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing team members to maintain proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards, with on-going development, training, and coaching.
• Assist and support to the General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy; escalate employee issues as needed.
• Lead generation and outreach to boost new member sales.
• Oversee new member integration into all services and programs.
