Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performance gym. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, train and supervise the MSR team, and ensure a premier member experience aligned with Crunch brand standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor KPI performance, and drive member acquisition and service excellence across all departments, including front desk and Kids Crunch programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor and score staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Support General Manager in scheduling and labor management.
• Handle member service resolution with pace and empathy.
• Address or escalate employee issues.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales.
• Acquire new members and integrate them into services.
• Set team goals, development plans, and hold staff meetings.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, supplies, and equipment expenditures.
• Supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities.
• Maintain clean facility and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Manage daily cleaning checklist and work orders.
• Use Crunch tools for incident reporting, standards, communications, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
