Job summary

EōS Fitness in New York is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across greeting, revenue goals, retail, and facility standards. You’ll work with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing to elevate member experience and uphold brand standards.

We expect 2–3 years in operations management, 3–4 years in customer service, strong communication, CPR within 30 days, and ability to manage staff and safety compliance in a gym setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of operations management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must successfully pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a great member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club and front desk.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Address member concerns and ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing teams.
