Job summary

EōS Fitness in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and oversee daily operations, focusing on exceptional member experiences and revenue goals. You will manage retail, member fees, and adherence to brand standards while partnering with sales, fitness, facilities and marketing to enhance gym performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in operations management, strong communication, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees and vendors.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry a plus.
• Excellent relationship building and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to deliver an elevated member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club, front desk, and janitorial.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff and ensure roles are understood.
• Provide constructive feedback and manage member inquiries and service quality.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and facility cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing to improve gym performance.
