Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Strong detail orientation and thorough approach to problem solving.

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and order inventory such as fitness equipment.
