Job summary

EōS Fitness in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across the gym. You will supervise front desk, kids club, janitorial staff, and coordinate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to enhance member experiences and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of operations management and 3-4 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• MS Office proficiency and data handling.
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a great member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club and front desk.
• Set goals, communicate expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain certifications.
• Supervise facility cleanliness and equipment, and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing to improve gym performance.
