Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Associate in Marshalltown, IA to help oversee gym operations and deliver a positive member experience. You will support staff training, front desk duties, member sign-ups and check-ins, and maintain a welcoming club environment.

Your duties include assisting in marketing efforts, managing supplies, and ensuring policy adherence while delivering friendly, professional service to members and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.

• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team management and back-up Club Manager duties.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive image.
• Help oversee cleanliness and overall gym appearance.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Order supplies, manage inventory and tracking reports.
