Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, greet members, conduct tours, and manage front desk tasks.

You will maintain a professional club image, coach performance, ensure opening/closing, execute marketing promotions, complete onboarding in Paycom, and keep the club staffed and policy compliant.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring excellent customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, tours, issue resolution.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure timely opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Keep club open and staffed during all business hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
