You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, address member questions, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy club culture in alignment with company standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to coach teams and uphold safety and policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring high quality customer service at all times.
• Manage front desk tasks: greet members, provide gym tours, handle member questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym is prompt.
• Train staff on current promotions.
• Complete onboarding portion in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all business hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
