Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Involved in front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Provide gym tours and meet potential members.
• Assist in facilitating member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and train staff on current promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
