Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Elk River, MN is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist in gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, support front desk tasks, process memberships, tours, check-ins, and contribute to marketing and supply management while upholding company policies.

You will work closely with the Club Manager to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Participate in front desk tasks including answering calls and taking information.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations and updating accounts.
• Provide gym tours and help address member questions.
• Support with marketing promotions and inventory tracking.
• Back up Club Manager and maintain cleanliness and appearance.
