Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Crowley, LA is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a top-notch member experience. You will support front desk tasks, train staff, and coordinate daily activities.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-service and communication skills, leadership ability, and basic computer proficiency. This is a full-time supervisor role with opportunities for advancement and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks including answering calls, taking info calls, and member check-ins.
• Meet potential members and give gym tours.
• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
