Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Crowley, LA is seeking a Team Lead to assist in gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, oversee member services, and handle front desk duties including tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.

You’ll back up the Club Manager, enforce policies, maintain a clean, welcoming facility, and support marketing, inventory, and reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff.
• Oversee member services to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls, take information, assist with check-ins and sign-ups.
• Assist member cancellations and update accounts; provide club tours.
• Support Club Manager with team management and backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a positive club image and facility cleanliness.
• Assist in marketing efforts and promotions; train staff on them.
• Order supplies, track inventory and generate reports.
