You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage front desk activities, promotions, onboarding, and inventory. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Lead front desk tasks: greet members, give tours, handle service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure timely opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding tasks for new hires in Paycom.
• Maintain club hours and staffing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
