Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer service.
• Front desk duties: greet members, gym tours, issue handling.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coaching and counseling performance to help achieve standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and adherence to policies.
• Onboard new hires in Paycom.
