Responsabilités

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information, assist with inquiries.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Support club operations and back up the Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and promotion training.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
