Job summary

Planet Fitness in California is seeking a friendly Crew Member to create a positive member experience by delivering top-notch customer service to current members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet people, handle front desk duties including answering phones, checking in members, signing up new members and giving tours.

You will also update member accounts and respond to questions, elevating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Punctuality and reliability a must.
• Ability to interact professionally with members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check members in, assist with sign-ups, and tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Address member questions or concerns and escalate to management when required.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
