Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts, and promote promotions to customers.
• Drive revenue by communicating product benefits and promotions.
• Maintain club cleanliness for part of the shift.
