Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. Deliver exceptional service, assist with memberships, process check-ins, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will support daily operations, handle billing tasks, and promote additional services while contributing to a positive, energetic atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or billing systems.
• Positive attitude with a friendly, welcoming approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership questions, policies, and gym services.
• Check-in members and process transactions (billing/renewals).
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
