Planet Fitness in California is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet potential and existing members, drive a positive first impression, and support member enrollment.

You will handle all front desk tasks, give tours, process sign-ups, answer questions, and assist with account updates while coordinating with the Club Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
• Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
• Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
