Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face for members and guests. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle check-ins, and communicate events and promotions while supporting daily front desk operations.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere for members and fellow staff at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements to members and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive workplace culture.
