Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, oversee member journeys, and ensure exceptional service. You will coach staff, drive membership sales, and manage daily operations in our Rancho Santa Margarita gym.

A strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and safety is essential to success. The role entails mentoring staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Ensure sales targets are met by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Address member concerns and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Engage with members to understand needs and provide helpful responses.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies to ensure safety.
