EōS Fitness in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will support the Sales team and manage day-to-day duties. The role focuses on connecting with prospective members, guiding their memberships, and ensuring their success while remaining adaptable to evolving gym needs.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supervising staff, handling billing, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sales team to meet targets and drive weekend sales when the General Manager is not present.
• Sell memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of the gym.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and certifications.
• Address member concerns and inquiries to deliver high-quality service.
• Engage with members and provide clear, helpful responses.
