EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated General Manager who leads a sales-driven team to improve membership growth and operational processes. You will coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit business targets.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage member journeys, and ensure safety and quality across the facility. A passion for fitness and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff including leadership roles.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop retention strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance with clear language.
• Address member concerns, inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner, listen to needs, and provide helpful responses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and common areas.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies to ensure safety.
