Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, coach staff, and drive membership growth in a high-energy gym environment. You will manage member journeys, oversee billing processes, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding safety standards.

This role emphasizes sales performance, team leadership, and adaptability to evolving gym needs, reporting to the General Manager. Weekend coverage and direct member interaction are core components.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation; time management and organization.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet targets, especially on weekends or when the GM is absent.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to meet/exceed goals.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and certifications are kept current.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members in a friendly, professional manner.
