Job summary

EóS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive membership sales and programs while ensuring a welcoming, energetic gym environment.

The role requires 2 years in customer service, 3-4 years in sales, and 1 year in supervision, with strong communication and a passion for fitness and our core values.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation; time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet targets, especially weekends or when the GM is absent.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs.
• Oversee billing processes and follow up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff clearly.
• Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and address inquiries or complaints.
• Engage with members in a friendly, approachable manner and provide helpful responses.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies with staff and members.
