Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, drive membership sales, and oversee day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, manage leads, and ensure a high level of member satisfaction in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation; thorough problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests, and staff.
• Focus on selling club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to meet sales goals.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Ensure facility maintenance and cleanliness meet standards and safety regulations.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally and resolve issues.
