Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, connect with prospective members, and drive the membership journey. The role requires coaching staff, meeting sales targets, and ensuring member satisfaction in a dynamic gym environment.

The position is hourly, with benefits and opportunities for growth, including a focus on high-quality customer service and teamwork among staff and members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to pass a background check and CPR certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet or exceed targets, including weekends when needed.
• Sell club memberships, fitness services, products, and programs.
• Oversee billing processes and follow up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety regulations are followed.
