Job summary

The Service Desk Associate at Ohana Growth Partners’ Coral Springs club delivers friendly customer service, processes memberships, and maintains cleanliness of the facility and equipment. You will greet members, handle inquiries, sell memberships, and enter new members into the database, while ensuring a welcoming Judgement Free Zone.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, phone inquiries, tours for prospects, scheduling training sessions, and daily housekeeping tasks to keep the club

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Maintain front desk and organize daily housekeeping tasks.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and give club tours.
