The Service Desk Associate at Ohana Growth Partners is responsible for service desk administration, membership sales, and keeping the facility and equipment clean. You will provide excellent customer service to members and guests, communicating with staff and management to maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Perform club housekeeping and routine cleaning duties.
