Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will supervise front desk activities, train staff, conduct tours for prospective members, and collaborate with the Club Manager to maintain service standards.

The role involves hands-on support across member services, promotions, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming, clean, and well-managed club environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff as needed.
• Oversee member service to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle front desk duties: answer calls, take information calls, assist with check-ins and sign-ups.
• Provide gym tours and greet potential members.
• Support Club Manager and manage team as needed.
• Ensure policy adherence and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness, appearance and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with marketing promotions and staff training on promos.
