Job summary

Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests, check them in, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff. You will manage the front desk, assist with memberships, registrations, class sign-ins, and daily POS transactions.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced fitness environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organized, friendly, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced gym setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with POS and CRM systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a positive entrance experience.
• Manage front desk close and check-in procedures.
• Monitor front door security and direct retail area flow.
• Handle member check-ins and process guest registrations.
• Assist with membership sales and scheduling complimentary personal training sessions.
• Respond to inquiries and member requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and uniform appearance.
• Log maintenance issues and report safety concerns.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
