Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests, handle check-ins, and assist with membership and class registrations. You will process retail sales and support staff with inquiries, ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth club operations.

Role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment, with flexibility for a varied schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Organized, structured and friendly with a passion for fitness.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and staff warmly at entry to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Register guests and direct them to the appropriate trainer.
• Answer calls professionally and take messages for management.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain inventory.
• Assist with membership sales and onboarding new members (barcodes, photos).
• Handle account changes and assist with class registrations via app.
• Report safety concerns and incidents to management.
